Well.. *g*... technically it is, the position of the molecules in the air and the arrangement of the brainwaves in the thrower's mind will be different based on what happened previouslly. Although the effect will not be predicitable and its not guarantted that the odds of a winner will increase :-)

So you're both right (and you're both wrong too ;-)

I might be wrong on this, but I think with blackjack the used cards are discarded and what is left of deck is then used to deal.

Again, this has an affect on the next hand, but in no predictable way (ie, it chaotically may be more or less likely a winner in the next deal)
