Greetings Cetin
Thanks for the guide. Looks v useful. One thing I'm having trouble with is the update statement.
SQLEXEC(gnhandle,"update vizkeys set crypt_key="whatever" where realkey='one of my keys' ","real")
works because I'm using a literal
but if I try to set crypt_key with the content of a variable
as in
SQLEXEC(gnhandle,"update vizkeys set crypt_key=m.whatever where realkey='one of my keys' ","real")
it fails.
I thought you'd given me a clue with your use of the "?"
so I tried
SQLEXEC(gnhandle,"update vizkeys set crypt_key=?m.whatever where realkey='one of my keys' ","real")
but then it stops with an inputbox and asks me to input a value for m.whatever!
what I should be doing is...
