Mike,

As the player though knowing what's left allows you to make better decisions on whether or not to take another card. Use this boundary condition if it helps, you have 10 so far, no aces have been played yet and there are 6 cards left to deal. your odds on getting an ace are 2/3 instead of the 1/13 that it was on the deal of the first card.
