From what Ken has said, there will be no evolving vfp where the features are overlaping with .NET. If .NET eventually gets a good native Report Writer, VFP will probably never benefit from it. However, features may be taken from existing vfp features and used in .NET. Doesn't seem fair, does it?

Currently MS doesn't have a first class reporter, so they ship Crystal with .NET.
