In case anyone cares, I notice Dave has posted the sample CodeMine v.7.1 Sql Server Sample application at the ownners download site. I don't know if this is what Gary Wynne was working on or not. It does have a 11 page PDF manual as well.

The downlaod site says "The SQL Server Sample Application also includes new utility classes for Server Script Management, Remote Pick-list Management, and navigating remote record sets."
