If i remove it from the Tables list i will not be able to create a join, will i?

Anyway.
I didn't have time to answer my own post.
I compared closely those two almost identical views, and what i found was one small difference - the view that works has "Fetch memo" and "Include memo fields in WHERE clause" boxes ticked while the same boxes in the erronous view are not.
There are no memo fields in both of the base tables.

Well, you never know...
