I tried it. Didnt work!

1) ran the code that organizes the data for the report.

2) ran statement 'modi comm reportname preview'

3) right clicked on designer, clicked preview

Report ran OK with no error dialogue!!!

I've double checked for UDFs running and checked the report envirnoment, plus I moved the code out of a prg and into the print button, nothing. One thing I am doing that's probably out of the ordinary is I have a view that updates an updateable table, but I've tried reverting the view before printing which didnt help.

Any other suggestion?

Another irratating occurance, a Format Pad appears on the Menu Bar when running the report. How do I prevent it from appearing.
