Hi - I am guessing from the info your providing that you really want to do this from looking at some sort of log file on the server... I am not sure how to do this or whether such a file exists but what I do for customers who require this sort of information is create a "log" table in my application that records info about the user, you could record what screens they have opened, what tables they update etc - even which records they have deleted... which is not so appreciated by the users!
