I was suggesting loading/calling the DLL's from VFP etc to see how that affects memory usage - I'd certainly suspect some problem with the DLLs. Don't know if it's relevant but what application protection setting are you using ? It might be interesting to switch to low protection to see what happens...

FWIW DLLHost on a couple of applications here sits at around 4.7Mb regardless...
