Yesterday I went to ebay and saw a listing that I can buy VS.NET 2003 Professional Upgrade. The ad read that all I needed was VFP 5 or higher to properly use/install the upgrade. However, later the seller sent an email that I need VS.NET 2002 for the upgrade.

Where can I find the correct information or does anyone know?

I also considered an MDSN Universal subscription so am looking for the best price on that. I would imagine that all I need there is the activition record and I can start the subscription and I've also heard there is a $300 rebate if the subscription is on DVDs. Is that offer still valid?
