>Yesterday I went to ebay and saw a listing that I can buy VS.NET 2003 Professional Upgrade. The ad read that all I needed was VFP 5 or higher to properly use/install the upgrade. However, later the seller sent an email that I need VS.NET 2002 for the upgrade.

MSDN offer still valid and VFP5 qualifies for upgrade ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/pricing/default.asp )

Also just for VS VFP5.o qualifies for the upgrade ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/howtobuy/pricing.aspx )

PS: I thought sellers was saying that only in Turkey :)
