Because I usually work alone in my home office, I find that a change of location for a while sometimes helps. That could involve taking a walk, but more often for me it involves a trip to the nearest Starbucks where I can connect via TMobile wireless and also enjoy one of my favorite beverages.

By the time I make the short trip and get connected, I usually find that I have a fresher perspective on the problem at hand.
