There are 2 high & low values...

KeyboardHighValue
KeyboardLowValue
SpinnerHighValue
SpinnerLowValue

Also...if it's in a grid, maybe the grid-rows are not tall enough to properly see the up & down arrows on the spinnerbox???
Perhaps play with the Sparse property in the column?
Make sure the grid, column, and spinner are all enabled and not readonly...
Is the column in the grid wide enough?
And what's the spinner bound to? perhaps it's a data problem?

Sounds like you've tried all these but ya never know.....
