I am trying to report information from a simple vendor table. The table has just 2 fields - Company and Phone and only has 3 vendor records in it for my test. I call the print command from a form that contains a grid that is displaying another table that had 50+ records.

When the report displays, it does show the first record of my vendor table but it repeats the record 50+ times? The fields in my report are vendor.company and vendor.phone but for some reason it is printing as if it has 50+ records when in fact it only has 3.

I have tried adding the vendor table to the forms data enviroment but no luck.

Any ideas?
