Hi Tamar. I have found the articles you mention. They are "locked" and even though I am an FPA magazine subscriber and have a login I cannot access them. I find the site a little unhelpful because it doesnt say why.

I have sent several emails to support staff I have had contact with before but these have bounced back with addresee unknown. I have left a message on their support form yesterday but no news yet. I will keep trying.
