Well, the goal is to not have to do that very often, but you know how that is ... been there, done that, it can be a headache, no matter what your development environment is. Typically, if one customer wants something, it'll be something that can be incorporated into the whole product for everyone else. That said, that's not always the case and not always desirable, so I imagine that we will have to have individual customization from time to time. I'm not sure what the game plan for that is at this moment.
