Well, it did come as part of a setup.exe package so I assumed it would be registered automatically - but I just tried to do a "regsvr32 fgw32.dll" and it failed with error:
"LoadLibrary (fgw32.dll) failed - A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed"

A clue?
