sorry to say, it looks like Symantec is not really supporting the SDK much anymore. The old support page is gone and a search of there site returns nothing for SDK. I would guess the only doc you will find is on the CD. As for what you want to do, I am not sure you can using WinFax but then I never tried.

I would have VFP handle the timeing. Just write a prg that looks at the time and fires off your send prg when it's time. The prg is going to run much faster than the faxing so the faxes don't have to exist before hand.
