I don't understand the problem with doing a CLEAR ALL before compiling. The good thing about classes staying in memory is for efficiency. It's sorta the point. JMO, of course.

If you use a project hook to, say, clear the printer specific info from reports before building, I imagine you could add a CLEAR ALL command to the hook.
