Open the form in the Form Designer, then open the DE. What is the value of the DE's Name property? That is what you have to use if you have changed it from the default name of DataEnvironment.

Also, to "refresh" a CA, call the CursorRefresh(). The only time you need to call CursorFill again is if something other than a parameter value in the WHERE clause changes in the SelectCmd.
