I worked with the MSFT Fox Team for 6 months and I can attest to the fact that they review EVERY bug reported to their site. Committees are formed to make sure someone from Dev, Test, and other areas are represented on each committee. All bugs are evaluated and discussed and many factors are considered before a decision is made on what to do.
