Weird. Timing perhaps? I don't know the internals of Wait Window and if it needs a second to breathe and display it. Shouldn't be, but what happens if you put a short delay, either Sleep or simply INKEY(0.5,"H") after wach Wait Window Nowait and see if it changes anything.

Just an idea to be tested.
