Hi John.
>Should we tell the truth of our program bugs to our client? Or, we make a story/other excuses ?
Never lie. Didn't your mother tell you this{G}? As programmers, though, we tend to tell the customer too much. When asked, tell the truth. Absolutely. No stories, no excuses. When not asked, however, don't go blabbing about all of the current problems and bugs your dealing with. It is scarey to the client. In more than one occasion I have given the client way too much information.

The impossible we do immediately.
The miraculous will take a little longer.
