Installshield 3.5, VFP 8

I have several questions.

1. Can I create a setup.exe file with a different name? If so how?
2. Will setting "generate autorun.inf file" to "yes" sufficent to make the CD an autorun CD? If I can change the filename of setup.exe, how does that affect the the contents of the autorun file?
3. What is a single image build? Why would I want to use this option?
