After responding to someone else on a question regarding the event log, I thought I'd put the finishing touches on my exception handling class to enable logging an exception to the event log for use in desktop applications.

Once I had it working and tested, I noticed that in addition to the error information that I was logging, this additional text was being entered:

It appears that following this link passes the details from the log entry to the page specified here.

I figured this was pretty slick - I could tell a user (or an administrator) to go into the event log on a user's machine and find the logged error, click on the link and send the error information to our web server, so that we could more easily do a post-mortem on the error.

However, I looked around for some way to modify this link, but came up empty-handed. Anyone know if it's possible to modify this URL?
