Lu Ping -
Almost no one works in China without an employment contract.
OTOH - the majority of Staff workers here do not work WITH a contract in place. There is sometimes conditions covered in an offer letter or an agreement - but rarely a contract for a Full Time Employee.
OTOH - there is another world of contracting here - that is very specific and has nothing to do with Full Time Permanent Party Employee status.
Its a completely different mindset for HR stuff - in China all work is done with employment contract for STAFF in place. Here - its RARE for staff to have employment contract at all in most IT shops.
>Who can believe a job without contract .no is the answer.
> I think the boss of the company is really bad ...there are some bad boss in China too, most
>of them are the boss of small company.
> Unfortunally ,small company use VFP as their develop tool.
