Mhmm, unless I misremember the run of this thread this won't work because of the bug in the VCX where it tries to load FoxTools.FLL from HOME(). HOME() won't be [INSTALLDIR] unless you want to distribute the runtime as app-local files; the standard is to install them as shared files via the merge module (in the Microsoft Shared subtree of Common Files).
Also, I do not think it is wise to put FoxTools.FLL into this directory because there can be several versions of the VFP runtime and there is no official guarantee that the FLL is compatible across versions. Note: in my book, 'seems to work when I try it' and 'is officially supposed to work' are very different things when it comes to putting stuff on client's computers.
