Ouf ! I found the problem.
When I open Dbc with the clause "Validate" and that a table
does not have any more its cdx, it is then impossible to close this dbc.

OPEN DATABASE ( THIS.cDefaultDatabase + '.dbc' ) VALIDATE EXCL

CLOSE DATABASE ALL gives the error !
