ASP.Net/Widbey is changing alot, and it all looks so cool.

The've restructured the whole way code behind works to use partial types. They have added a bunch of data aware controls and allow you to do alot more stuff decarativly.

They have added a whole bunch of stuff to simplify authentication, roles and permissions.

They have added a datasource control which you can bind to controls. The underlying datasource can connect to a dataset, datareader, or a collection or business object.

The goal for ASP.Net was to allow you to write the same data driven apps with 70% less code. I can't wait till they put a beta in the MSDN subscription.

I've read article on it, but haven't seen any videos.I gotta go check that out.
