Thanks for your advice on this. I guess why I am looking for something other than a $1200 piece of software (like MS exchange Server or the SUSE exchange server) is that I would think that since my needs are simple, it should be a lot less expensive. My thinking on the MS Small Business Server 2003 is that it will be complicated to learn and, as more clients are added, will become expensive for our company (even though the initial price does seem rather low).

My "simple" needs are as follows: I am looking to find a third party software program other than Outlook that allows network scheduling and is hopefully cheap. All I need is something where everyone on a LAN can view the calendar and make changes to it. I have a feeling that I am missing software that is out there that would allow me to accomplish this without spending a lot of money. My understanding (correct me if I am wrong) is that Outlook cannot do this without Exchange Server (otherwise I would stick with Outlook). I am not sure if I can get FoxPro to do this.

Do you have any advice on this? Thanks for your help.

Paul
