Thanks Sergey. My real problem is I have to figure out how to use AD/Windows as the security for a VFP program. Currently, the VFP program uses internal security so I can determine what functions the user can use. So how do I use the login information (really don't know how to get the windows login info) to address my function issues? What the client wants is a single signon - this allows a single person to control access to all domain resources.

The VFP is a front end to SQL and I thought there might be a way to use the SQL to figure out the functions problem. But I'm about to give up. Thanks.
