Actually, there are 1-4 seven stud games at Bellagio, Mirage, Monte Carlo and MGM. Believe there are 1-4 holdem games as well, though that isn't my game.
If you know the basic rule of poker - never betting cards you hope you'll get against cards your opponents already hold - you won't lose a lot unless you get an exceptionally strong run of very good second-best hands.
