Delphi 8 really looks good, but if your main platform will be .NET, I wouldn't leave Visual Sutdio .NET. The best would be to test-drive both environments, anyway.

Also, if you need the ability to switch between Win/WebForms, take a look at the Mere Mortals .NET framweork (www.oakleafsd.com). And of course, take in mind that in any case, you have to architect your application in a certain way to achieve this, as there are many issues very particular bor each environment. You have to take a "less common denominator" approach to be succesful at this.
