Several people have suggested that we send something to Ken.
My only hesitation is that we carry quite a load of "old stuff" in our system (some is even coded in FoxPro 2.6 DOS!!!!) and we don't have quite enough of the new and shiny (.net) stuff yet. But I have received so much encouragement that I have decided to work something up over the next couple of months and publish it, if only to act as encouragement for others.
Apart from anything else I have been extremely fortunate in the team that I have the privilege of leading - we have very low turn over, in fact I have lost only one programmer since 1987!
