I just bought a new Gateway 2000 P2-233 running Windows 95 with the NVIDA video card installed as standard equipment. While using all versions of Foxpro 2.5/2.6/3.0/5.0 I had display problems. The symptoms were that the top and bottom edges of some controls (not all mainly buttons) would extend to the edge of the window. Also in 3.0/5.0 shapes with curved corners would curve inward instead of outward. The problem was unpredictable when it would occur while working in Foxpro. One second everything was fine the next the screen would screw up and the only fix was to reboot computer Also I found I could cause this problem by loading Foxpro then loading the AOL browser, closing it, then going back into Foxpro. We tried changing the card and reloading the latest drivers from their web site. I ended up trading the NVIDA (nonPCI) card for an ATI PCI card. This fixed my problem. Has anyone else seen this?
