Are you left justifying the captions? Are all you buttons using the same fontname. If so, all captions have the same left position in the button if you put a "large" number of spaces on the right. I don't know if the result will be what you a looking for though.

For example on one button I have "One" as a caption and the second I have "Two". Depending on the font I could have to add one or more spaces to the second command button's caption to have aligments that look alike for the two buttons.
