Dean - thats fine - we can agree to differ on approach.
I usually changed my opinion after reviewing the results of a programming test, or perhaps after direct one-to-one conversations with a candidate, which was part of the technical interview process that I was personally involved in.
There's a huge difference between 'in-the-loop' and 'technically competent'.
And usually the one's we made offers to [about 13 in those 2 years] were 'technically competent'.
Have a good one !!
mondo regards [Bill]
