Esp. if you want to tell the diffence between skill levels. Also, it might not as important that they know a particular fact as whether they can learn what you'll need to know.
Also, the "dreaded questions" are generally-known in the FoxPro community, so, like any exam where you know the questions beforehand, you can specifically get training for these particular questions, without greatly improving your skills in general.
