Ya - thats what I was going on about earlier this year.
The ability of a user here to change the title [and thus make a new thread].
Seems quite useful to DO IT..

>Yes, that's the special privilege that I have. But one can change only the whole thread title, so if the thread topic goes south :) in the middle then the new name will not reflect the first half of the thread. We usually edit the thread title to fix the typos or make the title more meaningful.
