Hello Everyone,

I'm working with a VFP 8.0 application that has around 60 folders. This application is already in SourceSafe 6.0c, but we're using SourceSafe directly, not driving SourceSafe from the projects in VFP.

I've created a new folder in SourceSafe & set the working folder as the main folder of the VFP application. I've removed all .scc files from the folders & everything is read only.

The problem is that when opening a project in VFP & selecting the "Project\Add Project to Source Control" option in the menu I get the following error for each file in the project:

File c:\App\Functions\Functions.prg could not be mapped to project $/XTest/Functions.

I did a test and created a new project with a single file and was able to add that into SourceSafe quite easily.

What am I doing wrong here? Am I not breaking the link with the current SourceSafe folder by deleting the .scc files?

Many thanks,

Andy
