It does not surprise me that JayVeePee has decided to use his 'standard' discussion/debating techniques.

It does not surprise me he's used his same methods of vitriolic verbiage slinging.

It does not surprise me you were TOTALLY unable to make a concensus with him early on as to what the baseline was gonna be.

Buck up - it wasn't a total exercise in futility. At least we know he hasn't changed with time. I had felt that when he was trolling on another list, and he so dutifully proved me right after only one week of posting there.

I strongly feel a 'check-in' like this, for JayVeePee, every 3 months or so, is a good thing. Its good to see that not only is he staying consistent with the techniques that most people find acerbic, but he's refined them a tad more.

I am glad to hear of your philosophic path - was this a relatively new thing for you ? If so, congrats. If not, well - sounds like its been an interesting road so far.
