Codage, syntaxe et commandes
John,
Thanks for your reply. Your code was helpful in illustrating the object model concept to me, but it did result in an OLE "Type Mismatch" error when trying the execute the Typetext("this is some bolded text") command. I've had some problems trying to get the Typetext command to work in Visual Fox because of it's syntax. In the Visual Basic help file, it's syntax is as follows:
Selection.Typetext text:="This is some bolded text"
With the space, VFP's syntax checker gives a syntax error because of the space. Do you know how to handle situations like this, where you try to execute a VB method in VFP that has a space?
Really, what I'm interested in doing is typing some text as a title, centering and bolding the text, and then restoring left alignment and non-bolding afterwards for the remaining text of the document. How do you redefine the selection to the text to follow?
Thanks Again?
Ben Holton
