We have a large enterprise application where we want to create a database on the fly, if required. The app also requires that a few local views be created after a new DB has been created. We are not using GENDBC.
A problem occurs (VFP cannot reference memory at location 0x202C7498) whenever the COMPILED code encounters the command line CREATE SQL VIEW AS..... The SQL SELECT statement is valid as it runs nicely off the command window.
I have tried to debug it through C++, and it is true. There is nothing in that memory location. Can this command not be used within an EXE?
