We've had some experience with going from FPD/FPW 2.6 to VFP3 and found that you will average about 1/2 hour to an hour per screen, tweaking, etc. A lot will depend on how well the application was written in the first place and how well versed your people are in VFP.

Unfortunately, most of this code doesn't have an SPR and a bunch of the business logic is mixed in with the screen display. I get the feeling we're going to have to just do a bunch of cut-n-paste refactoring and move them into new VFP forms.
