I don't have it at the top of my head, but there is a cgi call that you can add to your copyright notice, or anything else, and the date will always be the current server date. You can specify what parts of the date and time you want to display. Works with Apache and I think IIS to but I can't remember for sure about IIS.

That way you never have to update it. There is bound to be a Public Domain JavaScript that will also do it for you.
