I don't know of one, but I think it'd be pretty easy to write one. Basically, you'd open the view, then use AFIELDS() to get the structure of the cursor and generate the CursorSchema property for the CursorAdapter from it. Many of the CursorAdapter properties match view properties, so a series of statements where you store the value of a DBGETPROP() call to a property would do it.
