What's the Windows version on the PC's where it happens?

>Very infrequently during program execution a very few clients receive an error where an error box pops up stating that a file is read only. This has occurred in the same app compiled in VFP6 and VFP8. In some instances the error box says "File c:\documen~1\locals~1\temp\???????/.tmp is read only" where the ????????? is a randomly generated file name (like when a cursor is created). In other cases the path for the file name is our application start directory.
