There is really some severe bugs in there. See how it goes with more tests I just did.

I go in the report designer. I move the label down by two pixels. I quit. I enter back. It is ok. Now, I change its font. I quit and once I go back, the label is moved by two pixels where it was two saves ago. This is really bad. I really don't know how I can achieve this workaround.
