scott - 4print understands lpt1-3, and com1-2.
so if you got a printer attached to one of those , great.
if not - you will have to map/attach a printer in dos .
or, For Dos.
check out your printer - does it handle DOS MODE PRINTING from the control panel settings ? if so - great -
if not - hmmmmm

also check out the -o command in 4print ..
for all the commands in 4print - simply issue '4print' from the cmd line
and then watch the command list come up .
