System.Web.dll doesn't appear to be registered

Hi Don,

You should test the application from inside of VS.NET at first. You never mentioned that you built the project but just saved it. I would recommend pressing F5 or clicking on the right-arrow on the toolbar to compile and run the sample app. The application will be run in a browser.
